“Camera molto ampia e confortevole, davvero bella, ed anche la posizione in mezzo ai boschi è davvero piacevole. Peccato solo non si possa averla goduta pienamente a causa del check in lento e la caffetteria chiusa (aperta solo per le colazioni, per cui abbiamo dovuto cercare altrove), per cui il tempo rimasto a nostra disposizione era davvero poco. I letti nella camera principale erano grandi e comodissimi, ma nella seconda mancava un lenzuolo ”

“This was a last minute booking and it was such a fantastic deal. GREAT price and in a great location. Waterpark was just the right size and staff was very friendly. Our wristbands didn’t work so we had to go back and get different ones more than once. The water was a little cold on the kid side but like bath water in the lazy river and big slide. The pizza was just ok, but the continental breakfast was really good too. There’s a guy making waffles and handing them out, made the line go super...

"Da consigliare! In camera abbiamo trovato gli asciugamami sporchi degli ospiti precedenti buttati a terra e dimenticati, senza carta igienica, la porta d'entrata, sul lato strada, mal funzionante quindi poco sicura. La colazione scarsa e scadente. "

"Per il prezzo dell’hotel e il prestigio del brand Hilton ci saremmo aspettati un servizio migliore. Struttura moderna sopra al casino Cadillac Jack. Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti (gruppo di 4 in due camere) e abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia della camera. Infatti l’hotel fa la pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni, ma questo non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione online. Dopo il secondo giorno non erano state sistemate le due camere, per cui al rientro alla sera abbiamo dovuto lamentarci alla reception per chiedere il servizio di room keeping, e ci hanno finalmente mandato il personale addetto. Però abbiamo dovuto lasciare le camere prima di cena per fare le pulizie e non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Inoltre la colazione ha poca offerta di prodotti. Ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di meglio e di più."
